Sil-Pin™ is made with high quality, food safe silicone. This type of silicone naturally produces static electricity. If the roller collects any dust whilst being stored, simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth before use.

Always chill dough before rolling to minimise sticking. If dough becomes warm while working, return it to the refrigerator until chilled. Lightly dust the rolling surface with flour: this is necessary for the dough to properly expand. Make 2-3 light passes over the dough with Sil-Pin™ then rotate the dough 90 degrees and repeat the process until you have achieved the desired shape and thickness.
